Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of our IT products, solutions and services through strategic social media campaigns. Your efforts will help us build brand awareness, engage a technical audience, and generate qualified leads. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. 
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to an IT/business audience — including thought leadership posts, product/service highlights, case studies, and tech trends. 
  • Work closely with content writers, designers, and technical teams to ensure messaging aligns with the company’s voice and objectives. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Meta Business Suite. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B tech marketing and incorporate them into social media strategies. 
  • Engage with followers and industry professionals to build a strong online community and reputation. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of paid social media campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand visibility. 
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote company culture through internal collaboration and employee engagement on social platforms. 

Requirements 

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the IT or B2B technology sector. 
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram promotions, LinkedIn ads, and other ad platforms. 
  • Skilled in optimizing reach and engagement via boosted social media posts. 
  • Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, or software development 
  • Proven track record of managing and growing professional social media accounts (especially LinkedIn). 
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). 
  • Experience with social media analytics tools is preferred (e.g., Google Analytics). 
  • Understanding of SEO and social media trends. 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field. 
  • Experience working in a B2B IT company or agency serving tech clients. 
  • Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing tactics on social media. 
  • The candidate must be ready to work in any shift and have an employment service agreement of 2.5 years.
